MICRO SCALE FACILITIES

Micro-scale observation of flow path and pore connectivity in porous rock masses will assist in understanding the real flow behaviour through them.

MESO SCALE FACILITIES

Performing meso-scale experiments can elucidate and quantify the physics governing flow regimes from compact flow to capillary channel flow. The fracture analysis, integrated with the experimental petro-physical studies helps to determine the static and dynamic reservoir model.

MACRO SCALE FACILITIES

These large-scale testing devices permit the use of unconventionally large samples that can carry more complex fracture and cleat network patterns that better represent the discontinuity pathways available in the field for fluid flow. Fidelity in laboratory simulation of actual field conditions is thus maximised by use of the large-scale equipment.
